Proxies are vital in regards to botting, and some might even argue that proxies are just as important as the automation software you're using. Proxies allow users to mask their IP address by using different IP addresses located in different locations. This essentially makes it so that a website is unable to detect multiple instances coming from the same source. There are two different types of proxies we offer, ISPs and residential proxies. For Shopify, we recommend you use ISPs because they are faster and very stable.
Here's an overview on the three types of proxies:
IPs that connect to a wide-range server. These proxies are mainly used for websites that are data-intensive or require fast and stable connections such as footsites, JDsports, Finishline, or Supreme. ISP proxies tend to yield higher user success if operated responsibly. They tend to have a higher chance of getting detected or banned by the website, this is why it's imperative that you run these ISPs with high enough delays. ISP proxies connect to an Internet Service Provider such as Verizon, Comcast, or Sprint, and detect signals that make them appear more human-like. ISPs are highly recommended for botting, especially when proxy protection is enforced. Proxy speed depends on the location of the proxy and the location of where it is pinging (local or a server) but generally speaking, ISP's are much faster than residential proxies.
A notable difference is also in regards to the pricing structure, ISP proxies are charged by each individual IP, and you are given unlimited data on those IPs you purchased. These can last for up to a month, giving you enough usage compared to residential proxies, which cost is based on how much data you consume.
Residentials are IPs designated to one specific server. Each proxy is unique and connects to one private server within a location. These proxies are normally used on websites where speed is less reliant, such as Footsites, Finishline, Nike, Yeezy Supply, and more. Residential proxies are much slower than ISPs proxies as they take much longer to connect from a private server to another website rather than connecting from a wide-ranged dedicated server. Since they are designated on private and specific servers, it means that they are more unlikely to be banned from websites because each proxy is private and uses an ISP (Internet Service Provider) rather than a wide-ranged Datacenter.
Their speed also depends on their location and type of residential pool you're generating from. For example, if you want to connect to the Adidas US website at faster speeds, you must use a Residential proxy which is located in the US as it is closer to the Adidas server/pool in the US. You will still be able to connect to the Adidas US site when using UK residential proxies; however, it will be at a much slower rate/speed because of the geographical distance between the two servers connecting to one another. The dashboard offered by Bypass Proxies already does the work for you, because all you have to do is select the type of website you are targeting, the location, and type of residential proxy, and it will select the best option to deliver the highest success possible.

Captcha proxies are designed to be used by automation software like, AYCD, Essentials, Kylin one click. These type of IPs are for google use, so that you can farm your emails to improve one clicks and gmail scores. This is essential for Shopify since they use Captchas as a anti-bot measure. Also, Yeezy Supply requires a good email with a high score so you can pass queues. This necessary to have if you're utilizing an automation software.
Which proxy type should you purchase?
The answer to this question is based on what website you're targeting. Ideally, we recommend you purchase both plans because ISPs and residentials together work very well and deliver high user success. Our residential proxies work very well on footsites, Finishline, Off-White, and other sites. Our ISPs work very well on Shopify when proxy protection is enabled, footsites, Finishline, Yeezy Supply, and more. Something very important to keep in mind, is that residential proxies are sold based on data options.
You have the option to purchase in 2GB, 5GB, and 10GB. Data is consumed based on how many requests made, and the longevity of those tasks. With ISPs, you don't need to be concerned about data usage. Captcha proxies are also needed to improve your chances of getting one clicks on Shopify drops. All proxies go hand in hand in this industry, and are all recommended to deliver a high success ratio across all drops you're going after.
